1. Delivery

187-prestigemodels.eu ships its books within Belgium, Europe and internationally. Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the selected carrier, the destination and the volume of orders.

Shipping times

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be informed by email.

Delivery methods

187-prestigemodels.eu offers several delivery options depending on the destination country, including:

– Standard delivery
– Express delivery
– Pickup by appointment (only in Uccle, Belgium)

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight, volume and destination. They are clearly indicated before the final validation.

Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email containing a tracking number when this service is available.

Delivery issues

187-prestigemodels.eu cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier. In case of a problem, the customer is invited to contact customer service at: customerservice@187-prestigemodels.eu.

2. Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, books must be returned:

– in perfect condition
– unused and undamaged
– in their original packaging or equivalent

187-prestigemodels.eu reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for resale.

Return procedure

Before sending any return, the customer must contact 187-prestigemodels.eu at customerservice@187-prestigemodels.eu to receive specific instructions. Any parcel returned without prior approval will be refused.

Return fees

Unless the error is attributable to 187-prestigemodels.eu (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund

Once the product has been returned and deemed compliant, 187-prestigemodels.eu processes the refund within 14 business days. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order.

Non-returnable products

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes all personalised products, such as modifications carried out on request including decoder installation (digital or sound), sound additions, lighting upgrades or any other form of customisation or transformation of the model. In addition, items specially ordered at the customer’s request (“on order” or “preorder”) are not eligible for return, in accordance with legal provisions regarding goods not kept in stock and configured according to your instructions. Items on promotion or clearance (unless defective), as well as any product used or handled beyond a simple visual inspection, are also excluded from return.

3. Defective or damaged items

If a book arrives damaged or does not match the order, the customer must contact 187-prestigemodels.eu within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, so that we can provide a quick solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
