DRB - 06 001 steam locomotive

This Class 06 steam locomotive model is a finely detailed replica, featuring new tooling and a primarily metal construction. It includes several separate details, a factory-installed smoke unit with dynamic, speed-dependent exhaust, and digital control for both cab lighting and firebox flickering. The coal bunker cover is operable, and the model uses real scale-sized coal. Equipped with an mfx+ digital decoder, the locomotive offers extensive operational and sound functions. It features high-efficiency propulsion with a flywheel, powered across four axles with traction tires. Dual headlights on the locomotive and tender change with travel direction and are digitally controlled, using maintenance-free warm white LEDs. The model ensures a close coupling with a guide mechanism between the locomotive and tender, adhering to NEM standards. Additional features include brake hoses, prototype couplers, and adjustable cutouts for sharper curves.
